One video edit up to 30 seconds OR one static graphic, for one brand, with 2 consolidated revision rounds and your supplied, licensed assets. Your 7 consecutive calendar days start on the date we confirm after accepting the complete brief and assets. Filming, complex animation and paid third-party purchases are excluded. We confirm fit and availability before the pilot begins.

No. We do not collect a payment card for the pilot. A paid month starts only after you separately approve its scope, price and service dates in writing and pay the invoice. You can keep the approved pilot export even if you stop, subject to the rights in supplied and third-party assets.

You can queue briefs throughout your paid period. Production, ordinary revisions and coordination use the hours shown on your plan; active-request limits are separate. We estimate hours and agree a delivery date before starting each brief. Output depends on complexity, so these are capacity plans, not a promised number of assets. Unused hours expire at the end of the agreed calendar-month period.

Report a checklist mismatch within 7 calendar days of delivery, or a missed deadline within 7 calendar days of the agreed due date. If we miss an agreed requirement or delivery date, putting it right does not use your plan hours. If it remains unresolved 5 business days after your written report, request a refund of that brief’s pre-agreed service-fee allocation. Qualifying refunds are initiated within 10 business days of your refund request. Client-caused delays, new scope, changed preferences and campaign outcomes are outside this remedy; your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Yes. Email support@versmos.com. Each new month needs your written approval; there is no automatic renewal or pause fee. Your current paid period remains available until its agreed end date. Unused capacity is not refunded except under the brief-match promise, a written agreement or applicable law. A resumed or changed plan is subject to a newly agreed start date and capacity.

You receive the approved exports and original editable source files for fully paid work. Third-party fonts, stock, plugins and other licensed assets keep their own license conditions. The pilot includes an approved export, not source files. Plans cover remote post-production and design; filming, media buying, guaranteed sales, website development and complex 3D work are not included. Bigger animation projects are scoped separately.

We agree a delivery date, formats, acceptance checklist, hour estimate and fee allocation for each brief before production. We do not promise every project in 24 or 48 hours. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding Pakistan public holidays; we record the deadline’s time zone. Prices are USD; any applicable tax or approved external expense is disclosed before payment. No setup fee or unapproved overage.
