Pilot Requests and Monthly Creative Work

Downloading the public starter templates does not enroll you in a pilot, authorize a charge or subscribe you to marketing. For a pilot or monthly-plan inquiry, we process your contact and business details, selected plan, brief, supplied project files, approvals, feedback and service correspondence to assess fit, schedule and deliver the work. For paid work we also keep invoices, payment status, agreed service dates, capacity records and any correction or refund request to administer the agreement and handle disputes or legal obligations.

The free pilot does not require a payment card. A pilot request does not authorize payment or automatic renewal. Do not send card numbers, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal data through our inquiry form or creative briefs. Payment arrangements for a separately approved paid engagement are communicated with its invoice.

We may share project information with team members, contractors, storage, communication, CRM and other service providers who need it to deliver and administer the service, subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Keep supplied footage and personal information limited to what is needed and ensure you have the necessary rights to provide it.

Private client briefs and deliverables are not automatically authorized for public portfolio use. We request written permission before publishing them, and agency or third-party restrictions still apply. Declining the pilot or stopping a plan is separate from a deletion request. You can request deletion at support@versmos.com; we may retain records needed for legal obligations, security, accounting or resolving a dispute as described in Retention. Form consent acknowledges these policies; it is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

Information You Provide Directly

  • name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • company or brand name
  • website or social profile
  • project details, budget range, timeline, and other information you submit through our forms or communications

Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address
  • browser type and version
  • device type
  • operating system
  • pages viewed
  • referring URL
  • date and time of visits
  • general location information derived from IP address
  • cookie and similar technology data

Payment Information

We do not store full payment card information on our own servers. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors according to their terms and privacy practices.

3

How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and review project requests
  • provide, manage, and deliver services
  • communicate about projects, invoices, updates, or support
  • improve website performance, user experience, and internal operations
  • analyze site usage and campaign performance
  • send marketing or promotional emails where permitted by law
  • protect against fraud, abuse, or security issues
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
4

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Essential storage supports site security, forms, and your cookie preferences. Cookie-based analytics and marketing tools load only after you accept their categories. We remember your choice for up to 180 days. These optional tools can:

  • remember preferences
  • understand website usage
  • measure campaign performance
  • support remarketing or advertising activities

Optional Analytics and Advertising Providers

When you enable Analytics, Google Tag Manager can load Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Ahrefs Analytics to measure visits and interactions. Clarity can help us review how visitors use pages. When you enable Marketing, configured advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel can measure advertising activity. The tools that load depend on your choices and the tags configured for this website.

Google Tag Manager manages the optional tags; accepting a category is not required to read our pages or send an enquiry. The form's analytics event uses project-scope fields rather than your name, email address or phone number. We do not intentionally send form contact details to these analytics events.

Cookie-Free Traffic Measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on our public website to measure aggregate page views, referral sources, browser and device categories, country-level traffic, and page performance. This measurement runs independently of your optional cookie choices. It does not use analytics cookies, local storage, or persistent visitor identifiers to track you across visits.

Cloudflare receives page and referring-page URLs and browser performance information. Like other network requests, the connection exposes your IP address to Cloudflare; Cloudflare states that its analytics service discards this address at its nearest data center rather than storing it in analytics databases or logs. We do not send form answers or contact details to this measurement service.

Your Cookie Choices

Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept, reject, or change optional categories at any time. Withdrawing a category reloads the page to stop previously loaded tools and removes known first-party analytics and advertising cookies. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

If we use advertising or remarketing tools, those providers may collect information according to their own privacy policies.

5

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We may share information with categories of service providers and partners such as:

  • website hosting and infrastructure providers
  • analytics providers
  • CRM and email service providers
  • payment processors
  • advertising and remarketing platforms
  • contractors or service providers who help us operate the business or deliver services
  • legal, compliance, or regulatory authorities where required by law

Business Transfers

We may also share information in connection with a business transfer, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
