About Versmos

Versmos provides creative services including video editing, motion design, ad creatives, and related content production services for brands, agencies, and growing teams.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or interfere with anyone else's use of the website.

You may not:

  • use the site in violation of any applicable law
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, servers, or connected systems
  • interfere with the operation or security of the site
  • copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, or distribute site content without written permission, except as allowed by law
3

Project Requests and Acceptance

Submitting a form, inquiry, or application through this website does not guarantee acceptance of a project.

Versmos may accept or decline any request at its discretion.

If Versmos agrees to take on a project, the project scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables, included revision rounds, and any special terms may be confirmed through a proposal, invoice, written approval, email confirmation, WhatsApp confirmation, or another written communication. Those project-specific details will form part of the agreement between you and Versmos.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a written project approval, proposal, invoice, or written communication confirming project terms, the written project-specific terms will control for that project.

Seven-Day Creative Pilot

Subject to fit and confirmed availability, the free pilot includes One video edit up to 30 seconds OR one static graphic, for one brand, with 2 consolidated revision rounds and your supplied, licensed assets.

The pilot lasts 7 consecutive calendar days from the start date confirmed in writing after Versmos accepts the complete brief and usable assets. We agree the deliverable, formats, checklist and a delivery date within that pilot window before the pilot starts. Delays caused by missing client materials or feedback require a revised schedule agreed in writing.

No payment card, deposit or purchase is required. The pilot does not automatically become a paid plan. You may stop by emailing support@versmos.com and keep the approved pilot export, subject to supplied-asset and third-party rights. Editable source files are not included in the pilot. Filming, complex animation and paid third-party purchases are excluded.

A pilot request is an inquiry, not acceptance of an engagement. A paid month requires separate written acceptance of its price, capacity, service dates and these terms, followed by invoice payment. Agreeing to website terms or completing the pilot is not that paid acceptance.

Monthly Creative Plans

Design: $995 USD per agreed calendar-month service period, 20 production hours and 1 design request at a time.

Video & Motion: $1,495 USD per agreed calendar-month service period, 30 production hours and 1 video request at a time.

Creative Studio: $2,295 USD per agreed calendar-month service period, 50 production hours and 1 design + 1 video request at a time.

Each plan includes a shared brand reference, a prioritised production queue, a written delivery checklist for each brief, and the agreed exports and editable files for paid work. Brand setup and coordination use plan hours. Each plan covers one brand and remote creative production within its agreed service category. Hours include production, ordinary revisions and coordination. Active-request limits describe concurrent work, not a guaranteed output count or a dedicated full-time employee. We provide an hour estimate and agree formats, a delivery date, a time zone, acceptance requirements and fee allocation before starting each brief. No universal 24- or 48-hour turnaround is promised.

The allocated service fee is the monthly plan price multiplied by the brief’s approved hours divided by the plan’s monthly hours, rounded to the nearest cent. We record that amount before production; allocations cannot exceed the paid period’s service fee in total.

The invoice records the exact start and end dates of the calendar-month service period. Unused capacity expires at the end of that period; it does not roll over. We do not bill overages, external purchases, taxes or scope changes without disclosing and obtaining approval for them first. There is no setup fee. Filming, media buying, website development, complex 3D work and guaranteed campaign results are excluded. Larger animation projects need a separate written scope.

Paid periods are invoiced manually. There is no automatic renewal or stored-card charge under this offer. Each following month requires fresh written approval and payment. Email support@versmos.com to stop, change or pause future service. The current paid period remains available until its agreed end date. There is no pause fee; resumption and plan changes depend on newly agreed capacity and dates. Unused hours and voluntary mid-period cancellation do not create a partial-refund right, except under the Brief-Match Promise, a written agreement or applicable law.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan. Client-supplied assets must be licensed and usable. Delayed feedback, missing assets or newly requested scope may require a newly agreed schedule. Original editable files and approved exports for fully paid monthly work are included; third-party materials retain their license conditions.

Brief-Match Promise

For paid monthly-plan briefs, Versmos will put right a missed agreed delivery date or a delivered item that misses its written acceptance checklist. The checklist records agreed references and style, copy, formats and other requirements before production. The client remains responsible for approving and publishing the work. These corrections do not consume plan hours. Ordinary revisions and changed preferences that meet the agreed checklist still use plan capacity.

Report a checklist mismatch within 7 calendar days of delivery, or a missed deadline within 7 calendar days of the agreed due date. Send the report to support@versmos.com, identifying the brief and missed checklist item or due date. If Versmos has not delivered the overdue work or corrected the mismatch within 5 business days of receiving the report, you may request a refund of that brief’s service-fee allocation agreed before production. The allocated service fee is the monthly plan price multiplied by the brief’s approved hours divided by the plan’s monthly hours, rounded to the nearest cent. We record that amount before production; allocations cannot exceed the paid period’s service fee in total.

Once the 5-business-day correction period has elapsed without resolution, you may request the qualifying allocation refund. We initiate it through the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving that refund request. The payment provider may take additional time to make funds available. The remedy does not depend on buying another month and is not only a credit toward future service. Total refunds cannot exceed the service fees paid for the affected period; the same allocation cannot be refunded twice.

This promise covers missed agreed creative requirements and dates, not client-caused delays, new scope, changed preferences, lead counts, revenue, profitability, ad performance or other campaign outcomes. It does not refund separately approved third-party purchases. It survives ordinary delivery acceptance and overrides conflicting default deposit, cancellation, revision and disclaimer wording in these Terms. Nothing limits mandatory rights or remedies under applicable law.

7

Deposits, Payments, and Suspension

A deposit may be required before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project work starts only after the required deposit is received.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • deposits reserve production time and are non-refundable except under the Brief-Match Promise for eligible monthly work, a written agreement, or applicable law; the free pilot requires no deposit
  • remaining balances are due according to the approved invoice or written project terms
  • late payments may incur a late fee of 1% per month or the maximum amount allowed by applicable law, whichever is lower
  • Versmos may pause or suspend active work, delivery, or access to files if payments are overdue
8

Revisions and Approval

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the approved proposal, invoice, or written scope.

The free pilot includes two consolidated revision rounds. For monthly plans, ordinary revisions use agreed capacity; corrections under the Brief-Match Promise do not. For other project engagements only, if no separate written revision count is provided, the project includes up to five revision rounds.

Additional revisions, change requests, or out-of-scope work require an agreed estimate and approval before any extra charge.

You are responsible for reviewing deliverables promptly and providing consolidated feedback. If no written rejection or revision request is sent within five business days after delivery, Versmos may treat the delivered work as accepted. This does not shorten the seven-calendar-day reporting window or remove the Brief-Match Promise or mandatory legal rights.

9

Client Materials and Cooperation

You agree to provide the information, assets, access, approvals, and feedback reasonably needed to complete the project.

You represent that you have the legal right to use and provide any materials you submit to Versmos, including footage, music, logos, photos, text, trademarks, and other content.

Versmos is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials, delayed approvals, or inaccurate information provided by the client.

10

Ownership and Usage Rights

Final Deliverables

Subject to full payment of all amounts due, Versmos grants the client the right to use the final approved deliverables for the purposes agreed for the project.

Source Files

Original editable source files are included for fully paid monthly-plan work. The free pilot includes only the approved export. For other projects, editable source files, project files and raw working assets are included only when expressly agreed in writing.

If source files are purchased or otherwise included in writing, transfer of any related rights is subject to full payment and the written terms of that transfer.

Third-Party Materials

Certain assets used in a project may be subject to third-party license terms, including stock media, music, fonts, templates, plugins, or platform assets. Those third-party rights remain subject to their original license terms and are not transferred except as allowed by the applicable license.

Portfolio Use

Versmos requests written permission before publishing private client work, excerpts, thumbnails, descriptions, or the client's name or logo for portfolio or marketing use. Client permission does not override third-party rights, confidentiality, agency restrictions or withdrawn-work exclusions.

11

Cancellations and Scope Changes

You may request a cancellation or scope change at any time.

If a project is canceled or materially changed after work has started:

  • deposits already paid remain non-refundable except under the Brief-Match Promise for eligible work, a written agreement or applicable law; monthly-plan cancellation follows Monthly Creative Plans
  • you must pay for work completed up to the cancellation or change date
  • you must reimburse approved third-party costs or non-cancellable commitments incurred for the project
  • Versmos may withhold delivery or transfer of final files until all outstanding amounts are paid
12

Disclaimer

Versmos provides creative services on an as-available and commercially reasonable basis.

While Versmos aims to deliver professional-quality work and meet agreed timelines, the website and services are provided without warranties of any kind except for the express Brief-Match Promise, other written commitments, and rights required by law.

13

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Versmos will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Versmos's total liability arising out of or related to the website or services will not exceed the total amount actually paid by the client to Versmos for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Versmos and its owners, team members, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of:

  • materials you supplied
  • your misuse of the website
  • your breach of these Terms
  • your violation of any law or third-party right
15

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep non-public business, project, and strategic information received from the other party confidential and to use it only as needed for the project, except where disclosure is required by law or the information becomes public without breach of this section.

16

Versmos may use third-party tools, platforms, hosting providers, communication tools, payment processors, and software in connection with the website or services. Versmos is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.

17

Termination

Versmos may suspend or terminate access to the website or decline further services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay invoices when due, misuse the site, or act in a way that materially interferes with the project or working relationship.
